After several years, my yearning for a window into my body has become my reality. To some people I realize this must sound strange and a bit odd, and perhaps it is, but let me explain. After many years of struggling with bad health issues, mood swings and countless trips to the doctors, this thought and desire presented itself to me; "I wish there was a window into my body so I could know what is wrong with me and to have the knowledge to fix it". As I often pondered this thought, my health continued to deteriorate and I became even more determined to find the way to heal myself - both naturally and effectively.

Three years ago I was introduced to the SE-5 Plus Biofield Analyzer. This I realized was the window to my body that I had so often wished for. For the first time in my adult life, I began to piece together the puzzle of my deteriorating health and body. I had been given the tool to analyze my body's energy on a vibrational level (not a physical level) - giving me the power to take control of my health.

As a certified Nutritional Herbologist, I have harmoniously merged these two wonderful tools, that of knowledge and vibrational analysis, and personally use them to maintain my health and have a balanced wellbeing.

The union and use of these methods have since brought much peace and balance to my life. So much so, that both my physical body and spiritual self have united and now coexist in harmony with each other. What I experienced… what I discovered, was that while I was spiritually fulfilled and deeply rooted in my faith and my God, my physical body was so sick that I was always in conflict and in turmoil. The result was that my sick physical body drained my healthy spiritual self, leaving me lifeless and confused.

But no longer am I lifeless and confused. With that part of my life behind me, I can move forward with eagerness, confidence and in harmony, coupled with a deep desire to help others whom might be experiencing the same conflict and those who simply want to enhance their health and to become even more balanced and in tune to their body.

So, a window it is - a view to a new way of life and living. And so, Insight Energetics was born.
